Ethiopia arabicas are the “mother stock” wild arabicas from which most of the world’s coffees are derived. This wet -processed bean is from the Yirgacheffe microclimate of the Sidamo region. Both fruity and citrusy, this is a classic Yirgacheffe flavor profile.
ABOUT THE ROAST LEVEL
CITY + ROAST is a slightly darker roast than medium roast and features a richer brown color and heavier flavor. There will be no oil on the surface of the beans because they haven’t been roasted long enough for the oils to break through the bean surface.
