We created our Electric blend for use in our local micro-brewery’s coffee porter…which we believe is the best coffee beer on the planet! This blend of arabica beans from Africa are roasted a bit beyond medium, which allows the unique flavors of the beans to come through. You’ll find Electric a bit edgy with a clean finish.
ABOUT THE ROAST LEVEL
FULL CITY ROAST is a medium-dark roast that features a deep brown color, a sheen of oil on the bean’s surface, and an intensified flavor. Dark-roasted coffee should have a heavy, rich flavor, never burnt or bitter. Bitterness in coffee is from poor quality beans or improper roasting, not from the darkness of the roast itself.
